Paper Submission Guidelines

Please use the following guidelines when submitting your abstract and full paper for review at the Canada International Conference on Health & Medical Research 2025:

First Step (Abstract Submission):

Authors are invited to submit their papers and abstract manually via email ihcmc (at) gmx. ca

Instructions for abstract submission:

Abstracts must 350-500 words in one page with free template;
All Abstracts should be in English;
Abstract content must be original and relevant to one of the conference topics
You are allowed to be a co-author of more than one abstract
Authors List and Affiliation Format: Authors’ full first and last names must be given. Abbreviated middle name can be added.
For Abstracts written by various contributors a corresponding author must be designated.
The PubMed/MEDLINE format is used for affiliations: complete street address information including city, zip code, state/province, country, and email address should be added.

Second Step (Full Paper Submission):

After accepting the abstracts you January or January not be asked to submit the full paper. It should be submitted manually via email.

Instructions for full paper submission:

Papers must be up to 20 pages in conference paper format
All manuscripts should be in English. Please ensure that your manuscript does not contain grammatical or English errors; this is especially important if English is not your first language
Authors are required to ensure accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables
Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view
If the paper requires revisions after review, we will send it back to you with comments and you must send the corrected paper within two weeks.

Type of Presentation:

PowerPoint: Authors are encouraged to prepare a presentation in PowerPoint or similar software, to be displayed online along with the Manuscript. Slides can be prepared in exactly the same way as for any traditional conference where research results can be presented. Slides should be converted to the PDF format before submission so that our process can easily and automatically convert them for online displaying.

Poster: Poster presentations are an excellent mechanism to facilitate the rapid communication of scientific ideas. The poster presentation format is less formal and very interactive because it provides the opportunity for viewers to engage in discussion and to have one-on-one interactions with both fellow viewers and the presenter. As a result, poster sessions offer the potential for new collaborations to develop among colleagues.

Video: Authors are also encouraged to submit video presentations. If you are interested in submitting, please contact the conference organizer “ihcmc (at) gmx .ca” to get to know more about the procedure. This is an unique way of presenting your paper and discuss it with peers from all over the world. Make a difference and join us for this project!
